I've had nothing but wonderful service from this provider, her nurse, and all the office staff. Brandi has a kind compassionate heart, and a diverse skill set. She's timely when it comes to answering messages, and truly cares about her patients. I've had many doctors in my 68 yrs. Brandi is my favorite

I expected it to be difficult to adjust to a new primary care provider after Dr.Mary Franz retired. I have been very pleasantly surprised. Brandi Clifton is very caring, friendly, punctual and thorough.
No introduction on our first meeting. No smile, no greeting. Zero congeniality the entire visit. She spoke demeaningly, straight-faced, and when I asked her staff to switch to another provider, they said “I don’t blame you.”
