Dr. Jeffries is an amazing doctor. She is attentive and listens to all of your concerns. She offers multiple solutions to treat issues and understands there is no one size fits all care plan. I don’t say this lightly, I would trust her with my life.

Unbelievable how bad the care is here. I was treated poorly by the intake staff, the doctor is vague and doesn't explain processes and treatment. It takes weeks for a response through the portal. I asked for an MRI to figure out what was wrong with my shoulder. A week later they responded for to get an X-ray before the MRI. I completed it next day and it has been almost three weeks and no response to whether or not I can get my MRI. I am stuck in pain and can't go to the gym and not a peep from the team.
