I had a frustrating experience with the service department. Had a issue with a fuse that would continually trip.. deactivating the rear view camera and some other minor systems. The error on the dash pointed to a issue with the head light assembly.. Over a 1 month period I took the car back and forth for the same issue. Service Department kept checking the wiring and resetting the alert. I finally did my own research on the issue and explain to them it was a motor in the headlight assembly. I am shocked to see anyone give this dealership a low rating. My husband and I during our 54 years of marriage and three kids have had a great deal of experience buying cars.
