This is the first sign of terrible service! I came to the store on Friday during working hours which are minimal and the store is closed. I tried to call the phone number with no luck. Good luck finding them when you have an issue with your pool.

Warranty replacement parts were ordered and delivered within two days, reducing the down time of the hot tub. Staff at Branders Pools have been excellent to communicate with. Quick informative responses. L

I cannot say enough good things about the quality and quick response by Branders Pool to my pump problem. I called at 9am - by 1130 am Ramesh and his associate arrived and expeditiously solved the issue. Very professional and explained exactly what had caused the pump to fail. This is not the first time they have provided stellar service to me. Highly recommend Branders Pools. Pat S

scammers! stay away. They lie and con you into replacing components of your system that do are functional. Then double bill for service calls to fix the real problem. Completely untrustworthy. Customer service is horrible as well. Take your business elsewhere!!
