THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! AGAIN, I REPEAT... THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS INFESTED. If you don't believe me, ask ANYONE who lives there. And the raise the rent. They refuse to tent for pests and the spreading they do is 100% ineffective.
