I had a very disappointing experience with Milcreek Apartments. The leasing staff and management displayed extremely rude and unprofessional behavior during my visit. Instead of providing helpful and courteous service, I was met with dismissive and unwelcoming attitudes.
Absolutely the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Apartments are dirty, maintenance requests are ignored, and management is rude and unprofessional. When I recently reported a serious safety incident , No apology, no accountability. Management does not help, coordinate, or communicate. There’s no proper parking, and basic living conditions are neglected. If you value safety, respect, and a well-maintained home, stay far away from this place.
