I am really close friends with founder Eric Brandenburg’s kids and as a result I was constantly with them even when Eric had some work to get done. We often went to his office and I have to say that the work ethic of every single staff member in this building is absolutely amazing! I am a realtor with a listing in one of the mobile home parks that Brandenburg Properties manages. I have found that their response to my inquiries has been rude and lacking any compassionate. I have a listing on a very old manufactured home (built in 1977). The space rent was arbitrarily increased to $1,316. A loop hole allowed them to ignore the 3% yearly increase that the mobile home rent control allows. They refuse to offer any explanation for this. I live in one of their Mobile Home Communities. The staff and the maintenance guy are top notch! I am still working and am a water heater installer for a big company. I see a lot of mobile home communities. I am proud to live in one of theirs. I read the first review complaining about getting notes while they consider theirs so much better than the others around them. SO WHAT! Worry about your own area and don't worry about anyone else's. Let me start by saying that if I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother has lived in a mobile /manufactured home community of theirs for about 10 years. Her place is well maintained and is nicer looking than 99% of the units in her park. The on site maintenance and management does nothing but drop notes in her mailbox saying, "change this or change that".
