In contracting a reputable company like Brandenburg Pools (i.e. paying more money than with another pool company), we were under the impression that our pool remodeling process would be timely, and that we would not have to worry about the crew, jobsite or the sequence of work; however, we (the client) ended up having to supervise, brief, help and manage the crew and inspect the jobsite ourselves.
