I lived here for seven plus years at first it was very nice place nice management and now you get is touch up a leak in in my apartment for over a year no AC for 2 years and only time they fix something that's when HUD or somebody's coming to inspect mold in apartment and they spray kilz on it but it's not oil based when somebody moves out they slap some paint but they don't tell you other things that are wrong with it I just gave them four stars so they would post it on their page
