Just trying to save money Do not know where the other reviews came from but I think Brandells's are great. I do my own repair and they always help me with the correct part and will give me advice on how to fix what I am working on.
Awesome customer service and prices!! Put simply, Brandell's is awesome.
Bad mechanics, dishonest managers, total rip off Brandell's is the worst repair place I've ever seen. I took a mower to be fixed under warranty, they wouldn't honor it and charged way too much just to give it back. I got it home and it ran worse than when I brought it in. I called the manufacturer who then called Brandells' and when the manufacturer called me back the manufacturer said Brandell's didn't even have the right tools to fix my mower and probably screwed it up worse, like I said.
NOVALAWNSVC Don't expect them to fix anything under warranty. If you drop off your equipment be prepared for a HUGE bill, about 70% of the purchase price. They will try to keep your equipment if you dispute the charges. They won't tell you about the "inspection fee" and don't put the serial numbers on the claim forms, so it's easy to "lose stuff". If you want new equipment, find the best price online and get it delivered. Save your money, any mechanic or handyman can fix a lawn mower quick and cheap.
Lawnmower service It is extremely painful to be a "Brandells customer" because a) their customer service is extremely bad, b) they have tried to get my lawnmower for free by not explaining to me the "inspection fee" upfront, and c) there is lack of responsibility in the organization.
