Yet another Midlothian restaurant that doesn't care. Called in my order yesterday evening, showed up and my order was not ready...I got told they probably gave it to somebody else. What seemed like a manager told me they would make it right now and get it to me....the order they made was somebody else's. An hour since I placed the order and still not ready, I told her to just give me my money back. The manager seemed to not care at all, no attempt on her part to even apologize! Took an hour and 20 min to get food. Kids meal is kind of a joke for portion size. Food was ok but not great. Fries were cold. . No tables cleaned. Bus your own table, tables dirty. Need a couple more employees on a busy Sunday.

Beyond wonderful, great juicy burgers, Texas atmosphere, great for family and friends.
So fresh and great tasting. Best secret in Texas and only place I’ve ever had a 10-12 dollar burger for 6.99!
We were very disappointed in the amount of food and the response of the staff when discussing the topic. We spent nearly $80; yet, the person working the register actually wanted to answer the phone when taking our order, completely disregarding the line of people actually in the restaurant. I don’t see our family returning to Branded Burger unless I am contacted with information regarding more patron-friendly protocol.
