Terrible experience. First they misprinted our logos, then they tried to place blame on us saying they don’t send previews but in a separate email stated they sent previews they did not. I explicitly asked them to let us know if they weren’t able to remove the black from our logo or resubmit a new pic without. They did neither and just blindly printed a terrible quality product.
