The only reason I’m even giving this one star is because it won’t let me put zero this was the most horrible experience I have ever experienced at hospital! We waited five hours for them to do next to nothing and send me home with absolutely no answers! I’d rather drive to Tucson even Phoenix then to ever put up with that again!
STAY AWAY!!! they are so unorganized, and all they do is make fun of patients. They think a curtain is as thick as a wall and they loudly mock patients that are in the emergency department. They talk very rudely to patients, too. The doctor barely even went into our room tonight so we sat there for 5 hours for nothing. How these people passed medical school is beyond me. Never go to this place for more then the flu. I have never been treated worst anywhere else.
My husband had to visit the ER and long story short it was the best hospital visit we have ever had! After years of doctors, LPN Scott and Elmer found what has been effecting my husband and referred him to the proper specialist. Everyone was extremely nice, we were seen within five minutes of arriving and was checked out before the three hour mark! Beyond grateful! Excellent service
I tried to visit a friend. I checked in at the visitor desk, registered and got a pass, went to the room where the bed was empty, but personal items were still in the room. A nurse came in and rudely, abrasively kicked my out, stating that I was contaminating the room. No offer to help, nothing. They will not give any information to the son, even though he faxed a medical power of attorney, which they lost. He is family and entitled to updates. This is unacceptable and it is little wonder that the company is in bankruptcy.
Slowest most uncaring hospital I have ever been too! My husband was in a head on collision Wednesday and we spent 6 hrs. In ER with no water,pain medication,not so mush as a "how are you feeling,do you need anything!!!" and NO it was not busy!!! Two other people there!! The staff was so busy gossiping with one another I pretty sure they forgot they work in a freakin ER!!! Will NEVER go there again!! Thank God my husband is ok!!!
