I was in a wreck and the company who the lady worked for uses this insurance company. The lady admitted in the police report it was her fault for not looking before turning right into me. This company won't pick up my rental car and is giving me the run around about getting my car fixed. I had to file a claim with my insurance, so they can fight with these people. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone.
Our vehicle was totaled by a Semi truck insured with this company. We have been strung along since June 20th and still no completion of our case yet. There was only 1 person that we’ve dealt with that actually did what they said they would do and that was Josh C. Everyone refuses to call or message back and then responds two weeks to a month later. We have been very disappointed in our dealings with this company and I’m very sorry if you ever have to!
National Insurance is cheaper than the insurance our company used before, and now it is obvious why. I would NOT recommend using this company.

the desk adjustor assigned to my claim sent the repair check to the wrong address.... once given the correct address he wss supposed to overnight a new check.... that was on Monday.... we've not seen a check yet.... ive seen documentation to be reimbursed for my lost income 2 weeks ago but according to the adjuster he "hasn't had time to review it"....maybe they only respond to attorneys

This company is not willing to provide me with a rental vehicle as a result of one of their clients hitting my brand new vehicle and admitting liability. My state law requires any insurance company to provide me with not only a rental vehicle, but a rental vehicle comparable to what vehicle was damaged. The claims adjuster was trying to blame me for the delay in getting my vehicle repaired. I am quite upset over this issue.

Well I guess my review is going to be very similar to the others.... I was hit approximately 4 weeks ago by one of their insured and I have received nothing but the run around and they have not accepted liability yet and will “call me” when they determine whether or not they are responsible. I am not sure what more this company needs, there is video footage, police reports (that I had to obtain and email myself) and the moron who hit me openly stated he was at fault, this was also witnessed and called in my the fire chief wh... read more
