I have used Mercedes Benz of Alexandria on a couple of occasions since I purchased the car last May. They are all a very courteous staff, attentive, prompt and conveniently provide a loaner car if the time it takes to complete the service will be longer than an hour or so. Easy to reach and discuss problems or issues or service related procedures and timing over the phone. Especially noted staff: Alex Leh and Carlos Escobar
