This was the worst plumbing repair I have ever known. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking and the bowl turned a little. The plumber said that when he was through adding the silicone seal, we would not be able to turn it. But when he left, with our $190.00, the bowl turned much easier and leaked worse. When we called to complain about it, we were simply told we must be “bumping” it, and that they would not fix it. Never Godwin again.
RecommendedGodwin Plumbing has been our go to for a while now. Today was no different when we had a leak under the sink. Our technician arrived on time (as usual ) with booties covering his shoes once he walked in the door. AMAZING customer service is an understatement for this company. Woke up this morning with no heat. Called GodWin. Very thankful because they were able to squeeze me into what I know is an already busy schedule for them being winter time. Wyatt showed up early and was great to work with. He figured out the issue and made the repair. Thanks to GodWin heat was restored!!
The aftermath of Godwin Plumbing accessing the water valve. First I was disappointed in the work, now I’m disappointed in the way they disrespected my home - two broken Christmas trees, numerous ornaments and boxes thrown.
Godwin came out when I needed a water heater & were able to take care of me within hours I went with Godwin because they are a Christian company & I was at a Alpha dinner the night before & they were mentioned numerous times. I figured if they can donate to such a worthy cause, they can have my business.
I really don’t appreciate plumbers coming into my co-op without facemasks on when cases are on the rise again in Kent County. I had to ask two of the plumbers to wear their masks since it is a house rule for folks who don’t live in our house and they did not apologize and they both spoke to me as if I was talking to a child.
