Awesome customer service!!! Our water heater turned into a waterfall on Christmas Day. Called at 7:30am on Dec 26 and had a new water heater installed before noon.

Once I set the part down that I needed for my plumbing emergency, the gentleman behind the counter answered all of my questions before I could ask them and got me the new part I needed. Great cashier's, great staff and great customer service. You don't get that anywhere else.
Had Joel today from Godwin plumbing install a new RO system under my sink for pristine drinking water. He was excellent!! Very knowledgable, explained everything well, including filter change instructions and even adjusted an issue with my toilet not filling correctly. Great customer Service!

I had a previous company come out and tell me I had multiple things wrong with my furnace and I pretty much needed a new one. I called Godwin for a 2nd opinion. They were quick to get someone to my house and I am thankful the technician took the time to actually figure out the problem. It was a simple birds nest. I went from needing a 4500 new furnace to removing a birds nest for a much smaller cost. My furnace has been fine ever since.
Extremely helpful staff! Not only did they help me with my plumbing issues, but also gave me peace of mind. It seems to be a trial and error process with my old bathroom fixtures but they are so willing to help me figure it out. Some parts may be old but they still work great so I just needed to figure out how to get the old to match with the new. Thanks!!
