I wanted to write to compliment the whole team at Delmarva RV in Milford, DE. Recently mu wife and I purchased a new 2017 Coachmen Chaparral 360 and we could not be more please from Nick in Sales, Greg who took 2 hours with us in the walk thru to Rob (General Manager) who completed the closing with us. We did discover a slight problem with the kitchen faucet and after talking to Chris (Service Manager) he immediately schedule Greg to swap out the faucet and all is now working great. We had some issues with out new Heritage Glen camper we bought RV show from Delmarva RV. Chris at Delmarva worked around our camping schedule to fit in all the repairs. Looks like everything is repaired and hopefully we will have smooth sailing from here on out! Thank you Chris!
