When I began chiropractic care, I was told I was "signing up" for a membership, that I was NOT signing a contract, to have over $230.00/ month billed on my credit card. I was never told that the so called re-evauations were $75.00 each, or that there was a charge for the initial consultation. After paying almost $1000. for treatments over the last few months when I asked to discontinue my care I was hit with another $180.00 charge!
