I reached out to Brand X via FB messenger and asked what the lead time was on purchasing an alternator from them and have it shipped to my house. They messaged back within 30 minutes and said usually 2-3 weeks and I said ok will be in touch. They messaged me back and said they might have something in the back that might work for me and after checking they said they had a 275a that was ready to go. They were extremely helpful when i reached out to their facebook account before deciding to purchase one of their alternator. And on top of that it said a 2 week build time but they were so fast that it was delivered to my house in just 1 week. I would definitely buy from them again from how awesome their customer service team was.
I made a mistake on my address when ordering and he was helpful to fix and make it right and shipped it out quickly. Can’t wait to put this new alternator on for my jeep!!! Will never use anyone but brand x!
