bought one of their products (pcm voltage regulator) and had issues installing it and getting it to function correctly. messaged them through FB messenger and they helped me trouble shoot the issues. it was a user error and now it's working correctly. great experience buying from them
Nonthing but great from this company, haven’t even used the actual alternator yet. But the exchange of information went ABOVE and beyond. They always respond and I didn’t feel as thoe I was asking stupid questions. And let’s be honest I know NOTHING about car audio
