Terrible Service – Avoid This Company at All Costs! I cannot begin to explain how terrible this company is. Our oven, barely a year old, stopped working, and the ordeal that followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. The representative they sent out arrived without tools, glanced at the oven, and said, "Yep, looks like it’s broken; I’ll have to come back." Bought a brand new dishwasher at their appliance factory warehouse. It was leaking all over our wood floor warped some of our wood floor they came out and the guy said it needed a part so then we had to wait another week or 10 days came out and installed. The part said he needed another part now I’m waiting for the third schedule which is over a month from when we had our first visit, this is ridiculous. Don’t do business with these folks if you want your appliance working soon.

Purchased new appliances from Appliance Factory in September. Nearly 3 months later and our refrigerator and dishwasher are still not functioning properly. Brand Source has sent a number of install teams and repair techs over the past 80 days. They have tried replacing the refrigerator, damaging our home in multiple places delivering the second fridge.
