They use some terrible call handling system, I called them three times and they never called me back… If they're this bad about scheduling appointments, I can only imagine how it would be to work with them if I had a real issue

This company is absolutely awful. They are impossible to get on the phone to schedule service. I purchased a 5-year service plan for my built in refrigerator from Appliance Factory... I have had the same problem over and over again with the lights going out. Every time it takes them weeks to come out and repair... every time it's like pulling teeth to get someone to come out. They simply don't care. No one answers the phone.
