I have a refrigerator that I purchased 2.5 years ago along with other kitchen appliances. At the time of purchase, I also paid an extra $499 for an extended warranty. My refrigerator has been broken since June 4, 2021. It turns out that Brand Source is the repair company contracted with to service broken appliances through my warranty. Terrible service. Came out on a warranty service call. Determined the problem, went back to order the parts. Never heard from them. Called them they came out again with wrong part, left to order parts again. Never heard from them. Called again and found out they had submitted it to the warranty company who denied to cover the problem. So after 3 months, I am right back where I started. Communication with customer and internally is abysmal!
