Easy, fast and great service!
They can't schedule specific time frames, not even morning or afternoon. They call you the day before your specified day of service, and give you a 2 hour window. I really don't understand how businesses like these operate. Putting customers first means valuing their time.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company came out yesterday, to repair a small leak in my washing machine. It turned out to be a loose hose. All he did was tighten it. No parts were needed. He charged me $170.00. The repairman was at my house for maybe 20 minutes. It is ridiculous to charge $170 to tighten a loose hose. I decided to do a load of laundry to make sure the leak was really fixed. The leak was fixed, but now it won't spin. He did something to my machine to make it not spin. $65 for him to tell me that my dryer is broken. THANKS. Fixed it myself with a $12 tool that he didn't have. My vent was clogged, a very common problem, and he couldn't fix it? You guys are the worst.
