I had worked with Brand Properties for many years, while renting office space in Buckhead. This is a really great company. Anytime there was any kind of a problem in or outside the building, they were on it immediately. They had great communication and follow up. And they were very sympathetic after I had my two car accidents, helping me through it This really was the best management company that I’ve ever worked with. Called Lisa today to inquire on a property, and she was extremely rude. I was very nice and told the lady that I was interested in their Henderson Commons Lot in Alpharetta, to where she replied saying “How about you call me monday, it’s the holiday weekend!” With a rude tone. I’m sorry lady, but you chose to answer the phone. You have the power to NOT answer the call. You lost a client! If you’re a realtor, you need to do better than this. I feel bad for her, must have a sad life to be so nasty to strangers.
