I loved the selection but the service was horrible. My son is active and we were picking glasses for him when one of the ladies asked us keep it low or leave the office. I was shocked and disappointed. Like what we go through as parents with little4eyes is not enough they have to make the experience more horrible. They make me feel like I'm the worst parent on the planet who doesn't know how to handle my kid when he is frustrated or when he is going trough something as important as having to wear glasses and keeping them on.
I have been going to Dr. Hornstein for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable, professional, dedicated and caring. The entire staff at Brand Optometry is as well, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
