I could give them a zero i would......poor communication. horrible service
If i could give them a zero I would. They have been cleaning the hot tub and pool supposedly. Between the changing of the service days and and not doing the job. Holidays here house
Turned our pool into a vat of acid for eight or so months, damaging our pool and equipment. Pool cleaner was submitting bogus reports and dumping chems at random. Heather agreed to compensate and fix work under warranty for A Oasis' negligence, then Samantha decided they weren't going to after the fact. Still haven't heard back from them after requesting a meeting with the owners, Charley and Cody. Bummer, they seemed so promising at first. Do your own testing behind them if you hire them.
Aoasis was great to work with. They completed our pool and cabana in 6 weeks with very few issues. All issues were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. They were very professional and the completed project met our expectations. I would highly recommend them if you want to turn your backyard into your personal oasis.
Logan Sell is hands down the best pool tech they have ever put on my pool. Others would come and have to make return trips due to algae and cloudiness. Logan has always had no return trips and is able to maintain my pool with just weekly visits. He is a wonderful asset to the company. If everyone in the entire company was as diligent as him it would be a whole different experience with the company.
