They need new staff and stop stealing medications from customers. Beware don't go here!!! I went for my refill for my son who has Autism on 11/18/2019 and they gave me half my quantity of focalin then missed my other half the a few days later and accused and yelled at me stating i took them when they still had the 30 pills in their possession. They apologized but didn't not check their inventory before blowing up at me. Then second prescription of Guanfacine was shorted 24 pills out of 60 and they refuse to accept the mistak... read more

I used to wait hours for CVS to fill my RX, I went into Brand New Pharmacy to see how the service was, I was amazed they treated me kindly and had my RX ready in less than 10 min. I've since switched my all my RX's to them and could not be happier. Plus free grape soda!!
In all my years of going to various pharmacys...I have never come across one such as this! All the employees are amazing...not only friendly...but they truly care! I walk away always feeling like their old friends...and that's hard to find! Can't beat their time either when it comes to waiting on a new prescription! Love, love, love them!!!
