I spent most of my life avoiding the doctor at all cost, even to the detriment of my own health. 5 years ago I finally decided to do something about it, I signed up for Brand New Med and it was one of the best decisions of my life. Dr. Southerland is educated, kind, and genuinely cares for her patients. I know without a doubt, my journey to a better and more healthy life is always Doc’s primary focus. If you’re reading this Doc, I sincerely thank you for all that you have done for me.

The absolutely BEST DOCTOR that I’ve ever had. Dr. Southerland thoroughly listens to your health concerns and shows sincere concern and eagerness to heal you and keep you well in the long run. She continues to study new techniques,etc and introduce that to her patients in order to improve their quality of life where as other practical doctors just keep treating you with the same medicine,etc even though your condition isn’t getting any better.. First off - I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance, and then I no showed Natalia. Talk about mortifying. I am from out of town and Natalia was patient and gracious with me. But her practice is clean, and a safe space. I am 31-Years-Old and I stopped going to the Doctor's office in Canada(where I am from) because of the 10+ Hour long waits, Neglectful Service and lack of concern for me. Dr. Southerland is AMAZING! The appointment was not rushed. I got to take my time understanding everything about my health and hear explanations for what is helpful for my lifestyle. This is how visits with doctors should be!

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Southerland. Since my initial visit I’ve been impressed how she acknowledges my concerns with empathy, compassion, patience and with genuine concern. She is a great listener and she knows how to effectively communicate. She has awesome bedside manners which makes it easier to share my concerns and it makes me more likely to follow her advice and treatment plan.
