I can not recommend Karen Soper as a Property Mgr or Realtor. In my recent experience with Karen, she has been condescending and disparaging when approached with questions or concerns regarding her properties. She allowed smoking and cleaners to steal time by taking numerous breaks and smoking on the properties where they are hired to clean. Contracted employees damage appliances of property owners instead of Karen insisting they use the proper tools. Never returned calls. Called someone else and immediately responded. And beware there other good reviews are years old.

I used Reena Artz with BNRE. She not only helped us sell our old home, but also find, and buy a new home that was perfect for me and my 4 kids. After my newborn came along, we realized we had outgrown our former home and needed to find a new one to raise my kids in. This usually is a painful process to endure.
