We went in to get a part and the guy at the desk was a complete jerk! As he was helping us he was answering phone calls on speaker phone and being down right rude to the people on the phone. I will never go there again for any reason. He was rude and disrespectful to us also. terrible customer service. And terrible service!

We were in a bind when we learned our fridge was broken and not worth fixing. Joe at BNA got us hooked up with a new fridge, delivered and installed in less than 24 hours from the first call we made to the store. 5 stars is not enough. We are grateful for the best customer service we have ever received when buying appliances. They will always be our first stop for appliances from this point forward. Installers were knowledgeable and considerate. Even did an emergency repair on an old valve to make sure everything worked.
We have purchased several appliances here, and have always been completely satisfied with the sales, and service that is offered. Do not hesitate to purchase anything from here.
