Met with Matthew Brand twice. He was very understanding of my shoulder tension and helpful in remediating my pains. Was weary at first as I've never done acupuncture before, but he took that into consideration and explained what acupuncture is and where he would be applying the needles. I asked many questions and he was glad to answer all of them. In the two sessions he applied the needles and I layed there for about 20-30 minutes. It was very peaceful and a nice break during the work day.
Matthew Brand has opened my life to the benefits of acupuncture. His technique is skillful yet gentle, his manner is caring, and he is attentive to my needs. His treatments have relieved months of discomfort from back and leg pain, and I have finally been able to resume my normal activities. I look forward to my acupuncture sessions with Matthew, and I'm grateful for his obvious dedication to his healing craft.
I would highly recommend Matthew Brand! I felt like he really listened to what I had going on, which has started to become chronic. He helped me heal more quickly and gave me excellent rehab exercises to do on my own as well. Now I go in to see him once a week for stress and the occasional tennis injury. Love that he takes insurance!
