I’ve been with Branco Gardner over 12 years… Adam & staff are the best! They truly look for best policy for yourself, family, home or business.
Adam is a good guy. Unfortunately, I can't speak for the rest of the employees. Very poor customer service. Agencies are made to do the contacting of the insurance company for you. I've found myself calling the insurance company directly much more effective then leaving it in the hands of their porous customer service representatives. Bad practice.
Adam was very informative and helpful getting me started on my new policy. They are friendly and affordable and I will definitely be recommending this to my family and friends!
