When ever I have a problem maintenance is pretty quick to respond and they always do a good job
It was good while i was in college and couldn’t afford much . Not the worst but can use some renovation in units . Also no amenities besides dog park . Maintenance was always helpful . I would give it 3:5 because i didn’t have many issues . Just need to update and renovate things
So far, so good. I’m quick to share negative reviews ONLY when they are well deserved, because I know what it feels like to be sold a dream. However, this time, I am happy and comfortable. It’s a simple apartment complex. Peace and quiet and it’s neatly kept. I do wish it were more modern, with amenities, but no complaints otherwise. Laundry room has been out of service for 2 years, I hardly see them opening on time and they close earlier than the posted times
