I had a very positive experience during the time I lived here at Branchwood. It's a quiet, pleasant community that's always clean and well-kept. Maintenance was always quick to fix any issues that arose, and Yasmine at the front office was always very responsive and consistently went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. I would definitely recommend living here!
I love the office people ( when they even pick up the phone ), but the apartments are so expensive and you are not getting your moneys worth. Trust me. you will move in to a dirty home, a home that is broken in so many ways, and every problem is just painted over. I’ve dealt with infestations in my FRIDGE likely due to a dirty crawl space under the home, bugs getting through the windows and door, and bugs inside the stove. That is the state that you will move in with. I recommend only coming here if you’re desperate.

When ever I have a problem maintenance is pretty quick to respond and they always do a good job
It was good while i was in college and couldn’t afford much . Not the worst but can use some renovation in units . Also no amenities besides dog park . Maintenance was always helpful . I would give it 3:5 because i didn’t have many issues . Just need to update and renovate things
