DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Before moving in I was charged a non refundable cleaning fee, not unusual at all. However when I get my key and walk into the apartment for the first time it became so obvious that it had not been cleaned. I let Max the manager at that time know and he let me know that he would have someone come in and clean it while I was in class. This has been such a great place for me, my daughter, and my dog to live for the past couple of years. It’s quiet and safe, though has easy access to the loop. They keep the property well maintained, and are always quick to address and fix any issues. They’ve truly made it feel like “home”! I highly recommend these apartments and any JTI properties!
I have lived here for a little over six months, and have not had a single problem. Very quiet community, tucked away from all the ruckus.
