OMG! I don't even know where to start. I went into the office SO ANXIOUS-- I mean I know I can't be the only one that dreads dental appointments. From beginning to end, EVERY STAFF MEMBER made me feel super relaxed. They were so inviting and knowledgeable. If I can remember correctly, Amy had just started recently and she was AMAZING. The dentist that performed my cleaning cleaning was gentle, reassuring, and so kind. 10/10 reccommend! -Meisha.
I was afraid to choose a dentist after experiencing others and their work, but after visiting Branchview Dental once, I knew that's where I had to go. The office is immaculate, the staff is respectful and helpful, and Dr. Kruskamp did a great job bonding my front teeth. She was very careful, caring, and articulate. I wouldn't go anywhere else because, in my 70s, my teeth are still very important to me. The keys on my computer don't all work, so I apologie for the spelling of Dr. Kruskamp's name.
I have to start I think the employees and place is great. However, they are not equipped to deal with special needs patients. Had appointment this morning at 7am. Assistant did not want to be there doing this. Never saw the dentist and the appointment was canceled by dental assistant. A bogus reason was they wanted to talk to my wife’s doctor, that means we are not confident enough to deal with her special needs., and perhaps that was best because I found a much more competent provider within an hour after leaving t... read more
