We were reassured before and during the projects in our yard that the company stood by their work and would guarantee their services for life. After they graded our yard to prevent future water intrusion in our crawlspace, added a concrete patio and a sidewalk, we realized standing issues. The stones for the retaining wall on our patio was not adhered properly and would come off. It is beginning to crumble now as well. Jeffrey did not complete the job and stole money from my neighbors. I hired him to remove bamboo and he provided a written guarantee to come back and remove any bamboo that kept growing. He did not honor that guarantee and never came back. I relied on that guarantee when choosing this company. He said the job would take him one week and it took almost three weeks.
