Owner showed me little respect or concern for my issue. She had no sympathy for a service I paid for and did not receive. I purchased to have a microderm + chemical peel facial. I did not get this! A chemical peel is something that we all as reviewers, easily know that it is a peel that takes days or weeks to recover from. Instead, I received a 30 MINUTE facial.
