They dont involve the parents at all. The psychiatrist changed my sons meds in one day taking him off meds he had been on for years, then starting new. I was never told he saw a psychiatrist!They put my 17 yr old in with 13 and 14 year olds.They changed his group therapist with no Forewarning. They knew he was autistic and were completely unqualified to help him in any way. Without warning ,while on our way there, they called and said don't bring him back. Wish I had Never taken him there.
