We had a sincerely disappointing experience with Branches and Bloom in Silverton, Oregon from using them through Justflowers.com. We thought by calling the florist directly we could resolve, and boy we were mistaken! We ordered a graduation boquet set to be delivered on the day of graduation. Upon paying for next day delivery they failed to deliver, and when we contacted them for an explanation they lied saying they were delivered as promised but we caught the owner in a lie since we knew they were delivered a day late.
