I stopped in at Branchburg Florist for an arrangement for a loved one's funeral. I chose to go there due to the closeness to the funeral home and the positive reviews. However, I was treated very dismissively and with impatience by the florist. I'm giving two stars with hopes that she was simply busy and not being disrespectful to a grieving person trying to honor a loved one. This place is awesome!!! Great communication and great product!! I called them and ordered my niece flowers to be delivered to her work- (I think her name was Barbara) - the kind lady I was spoke with was so nice and helpful- I told her my niece left work at 3 and if there is any way it could be delivered before then- she had them delivered by 10!!! I called for my 39th anniversary and wanted 39 red roses for each year married and one white rose for good luck for our 40th. Barbara was excellent over the phone and wanted to make sure she had enough fresh roses. I told her I was going to come after work to pick them up and she was willing to wait even after her closing time. The roses and presentation was spectacular! I will definitely use this florist again.

Awful experience. wrong bouquet of flowers was delivered. Delivery was delayed. Person who called from the shop was rude. Will never use again.
