If youre trying to book an appointment with optometry good luck.. took me about month and half to get them on the line. And they always at lunch when i go there personally
Takes a lot of time to get through on the phone. No way to call pharmacy. No Drs available, just PAs and nurses.
Long lunch over 2 hours. no consideration or consequences because you have to go here. Only in the military do you get to shut down and open up at your convenience. Crazy 72 hour rule for retirees refills also. Pay attention active duty people, they or anyone doesn’t give a damn about you once you get out as some current active duty guy will make it apparent to you.
Check in was not great- Petty Officer Graciane was not friendly or polite. She definitely did not want to be there or care about helping people. And she messed up my information on check in which Resulted in me having to wait over an hour in the pharmacy after my appt. My appointment with Dr. Mendez was AMAZING. She was welcoming, happy, nice, friendly, and all smiles. She was attentive and caring. I would recommend 12/10 foe seeing her!!! She made the visit worth it.
