The P.A. I see is very nice and attentive, and doesn’t ever seem dismissive and addresses my concerns. I really like her which is why I keep going. However, I’ve had several issues with their clinic staff. I was scheduled for a virtual appointment 3 weeks out, and on the day of the appt, I never got a phone call from the provider. I called the clinic to ask about it, and I was told I didn’t have any appointment scheduled, and would have to wait an additional 3 weeks. Honestly, when I first started coming here, it was extremely frustrating. There were never appointments when I felt like I needed them and their resources felt so limited. That being said, I've been coming here with my family for 2 years, give or take. I've learned that this facility is genuinely incredible. They are very small which is why some things have no choice but to be outsourced. If I could give 0 stars I would. My friends had a HORRIBLE experience with the clinic. Their child had gotten shots and gave her the WRONG ONES with wrong doses! This could’ve been extremely bad. Yall need to pay attention more and actually care about everyone that goes there. Thanks. If it was your child you would be pissed. Also note this happened to MULTIPLE CHILDREN. Read that again.
If youre trying to book an appointment with optometry good luck.. took me about month and half to get them on the line. And they always at lunch when i go there personally
