Understaffed. Soonest appointment is 4 weeks or more out, even for ER follow ups that require a referral to speciality care. Can’t even see a PCM within a month, to write a referral to a civilian provider (who will also be scheduled months out), must see the PCM in person for the referral.
1.5 hrs for pharmacy
Long wait times and subpar service. This place needs to be investigated. Recommend living off base 50 miles away so you can get a civilian PCM.
