I REPEAT DO NOT BANK WITH TRUIST. I HAVE BEEN WOTH THEM COMING UP ON TWO YEARS AND EACH TIME I MAKE A MOBILE DEPOSIT THEY PUT A 5-7 DAY HOLD IT IT. IF YOU TAKE THE CHECK IN THEY WILL GIVE YOU 100$ OF THE CHECK AND PUT THE REST ON THE 5-7 DAY HOLD. I WENT DOWN TO THREE TRUSIT BANKS TODAY TRYING TO GET MY MONEY AND NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING. SHADY BUSINESS

always been very helpful. I have used the to open personal accounts, business accounts, notary services, mortgage questions, and general banking. They have always been courteous and friendly, even staying a few late with me to finish up items when I have to come from work right before closing.

The BB&T branch service continues to evolve for the safety of their clients and teammates. BB&T are begin to resume full service in more lobbies, in many branches and their clients may no longer need appointments. However, if you want to receive service at a guaranteed time, it is worth scheduling an appointment. Trust me on that one!
