Dr Hu was very kind and professional, but unfortunately the secretary’s behaviour was extremely rude and dismissive. She spoke to me in a very condescending manner and made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that there are office procedures, but there is no reason to treat patients this way. Very disappointing experience.
I am due to go for a colonoscopy on 7th with Dd Ying and his MOA Irene is on vacation till the 9th. My son’s wife who is due to pick me up can only come at 1 pm but my note says I had to be picked up at 12 noon. I called in desperation as it said if no one is there to pick me up the procedure would be cancelled. The secretary of Dr. Tan is extremely rude. I have read several comments from other patient's experience and they have the same kind of treatment from the secretary. Dr. Tan is so nice and has the professionalism while his secretary is not. I hope Dr. Tan and the whole team will read the bad reviews commenting with the attitude of their secretary. I hope that they will train these secretaries with respect to the patients even on the phone.
