The secretary of Dr. Tan is extremely rude. I have read several comments from other patient's experience and they have the same kind of treatment from the secretary. Dr. Tan is so nice and has the professionalism while his secretary is not. I hope Dr. Tan and the whole team will read the bad reviews commenting with the attitude of their secretary. I hope that they will train these secretaries with respect to the patients even on the phone.

I have never in my entire life had an issue with calling a clinic. I’m convinced that they just have their phone unplugged. I’ve been trying to book my father an appointment for the past 3 days and I’ve called at least 50 times with not even a single ring claiming that the line is busy.
