I have never in my entire life had an issue with calling a clinic. I’m convinced that they just have their phone unplugged. I’ve been trying to book my father an appointment for the past 3 days and I’ve called at least 50 times with not even a single ring claiming that the line is busy.
I have been trying to contact this clinic for a whole week. The phone does not even ring. Is everything OK? How can I contact the clinic?
Dr. Tan is exceptional Because of him I am able to have a better life. His dedication and knowledge are beyond excellent. His secretary as well is very sweet and understanding. They are both such a great team!
Dr. Ahn has been an incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and compassionate provider. I have intense medical anxiety due to a past with cancer, but he has always been patient and informative with my care. He not only considers symptoms of the GI, but also takes into account your overall wellbeing and ability to live life pain/symptom free. Doctors here are excellent, I’ve worked alongside them a handful of times while I was working at Brampton Civic Hospital and Peel Memorial Centre. The secretaries, on the other hand, not so much. Their attitude is gross. Coming from a background in healthcare, I know how a patient should be treated. They should be met with compassion, and not attitude.
