This was my first time visiting this location to pick up a part. I called at 3:20 PM to place the order and was instructed to arrive after one and a half hours. I arrived at 4:50 PM, which was within the given time frame. Upon entering through the main door, there were three staff members present. I asked the person on the right for assistance, and while he was explaining, the senior staff member on the left called me and incorrectly stated that I had arrived early. This was not true.
