I have a Toyota tundra came with a running board from dealer. The brackets got damaged during last winter. Purchased an OEM brackets and took it to the mechanic to find out Toyota sold me the wrong brackets. Took it back for return and the request for return was turned down and cash register and the manager gave attitude . I will never ever go back to this dealer and pulled my vehicle out of service.
Literally a YMMV (your mileage may vary), I had moments where I would never go back. Then yesterday, after driving out of my way in Mississauga, which BTW was the worst experience I had. Classic Honda, ended up the best where I signed the papers the same day. Other, times was for my family, friends looking to buy that didn't end well.
