I wrote out a very lengthy review and lost it. In a nutshell, Mike put in an incorrect part and when it still didn't work, took our proper part (that wasn't the issue) with him. He then told us we needed a "$600" part that we agreed to and then left us without heat (with 4 kids) and never returned my phone calls. He kept us on the hook for two weeks without heat before we bought the part for $300 online and fixed it ourselves. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I'm very displeased.
Called on a Friday morning for help starting furnace, very nice man showed up next day and had furnace running in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this company. Great service.
Mike was outstanding servicing our air conditioner system. I would highly recommend his business. He is excellent and knowledgeable at what he does, and is a nice and courteous person as well. I would not hesitate to call on him again when we need heating or cooling service.
