I have used Bramlett in the past and also today with my furnace issues . I have always had always a great experience with their professionalism and rates. Ryan the technician today that was out at my house went above and beyond with the questions and concerns I had with my furnace . He was very patient and very professional and I would recommend Bramlett to anyone who's looking for services. And ask for Ryan
We called with issues with our boiler late at night. Honestly, we called multiple companies and this was the only one that had a person answer the phone with the emergency number. Even though we live a bit out of the way they still were able to get someone out to us. Technicians were very knowledgeable and able to temporarily restore heat. We ultimately decided to get a new boiler which they were able to schedule promptly. Overall I am very pleased with the service. All members were respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient.
I cannot say enough good things about this company!! my furnace decided to die on a friday night. I know nothing about heating and cooling, i’m literally just a girl with a toddler trying to survive. Luke came out on Saturday morning and explained everything so well. He wasn’t pushy and gave us a wide variety of options to move forward. I was able to have my new furnace installed today (Tuesday). More like Houdini the way they disappear from a job site… Strap yourselves in because this is a doozy… for starters, the supposed owner is a walking excuse and whines more than a 7 year old girl who didn’t get the flavor ice cream she wanted. Backing up a bit, we had a job planned for weeks. We had a signed proposal. He had my deposit. We agreed on the scope of work and I sent clear instructions in writing, specifying that the heat loops will be installed on wire mesh on chairs - not rocket science, right? It’s not... read more
