I had a great experience working with Luke from Bramlett Heating & Cooling. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, from the initial quote to the final project completion. The job was delayed and took months before Consumers Energy ran the gas line to the house, “midwinter”. Bramlett’s crew ran the pipe system from the outside meter through the basement to the furnace and hot water tank location. Bramlett installed a combo boiler in my home December of 2021. They just charged me $2700 to repair it. It took them 3 days. Now he is saying these boilers-Navien are junk. I had another company come out and check over the install and they found multiple issues with the install. I confirmed with Navien that the issues were real. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I felt they did not know what was wrong so they just kept replacing things till they got to the problem. That’s why it took so many hours.
Today Bramlett Heating and Cooling made a miracle happened for me. I've posted previously for the outstanding work on repairs to my old Goodman furnace but I am compelled to to write again for Livingston County and the whole Bramlett team. I just want to share my appreciation for all the amazing service I received during my installation of my New Lennox furnace.
