The receptionists at this office are extremely rude. I've been a patient for over 40 years and honestly have never had a good experience.
I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy today. I've been getting my flu vaccine for the past five years due to school and work requirements, but this was the first time something like this happened to me. While I was waiting for my flu vaccine, the staff kept attending to other clients. I sat there for 35–40 minutes, even though they repeatedly told me it would only be "2 minutes." I have had excellent experience at this clinic with both Dr Collins and Dr Lobo. There has been no problem booking an appointment and I know if I have a pressing issue I can phone and go to the walk-in clinic.
