Great experience as always working with the Brambles crew! They received a bad batch of roses one holiday and called back every person one by one to honor their commitment to high quality roses and offered to send new roses free of charge. Highly recommend Brambles!
Very upset and disappointed. I bought two things if flowers for prom. I ordered them two weeks advance as well as paid for it on that day and asked them to be ready by 12 for a 3-4 o'clock pick up. They told me that they will be ready. Prom was at 7, but the party bus I was taking was at 5:30. At 3:45 I went to the shop and they told me they werent ready and didn't start making my flowers.
